Set up auto-classification

The Koncile app enables automated sorting of documents as they enter the pipeline. Each document is automatically assigned to a specific Folder and linked to an appropriate Extraction Template based on its name and description.

To activate auto-classification, simply leave the following parameters blank when making the API call:

folder_idand template_id

This allows Koncile to automatically determine the appropriate Folder and Extraction Template for the document based on its description.

Human-in-the-loop

If a file fails to be classified, it will appear in the Human in the Loop or To classify tab. This allows the user to manually review the document and assign the correct Folder and Extraction Template.
