Export data

You can access and export extracted data either directly within the app or via Koncile’s public API.

Extracted data is accessible directly in the app for quality control. General items are displayed at the top of the screen, and line items are organized in a table.

The order of the general fields corresponds to the sequence defined in the Extraction Template.

Download extracted data as a spreadsheet

To download extracted data, select the relevant documents, click Download.

Then click Extraction Data.

A spreadsheet will be generated and can be accessed in the Download tab from the left-hand menu.
