Import documents

Import documents on the app

You can import files through the quick upload tool by clicking on "Upload my documents".

You can either choose the relevant Folder and Extraction Template. If no Folder or Extraction Template is selected, the documents will automatically classified, based on names and descriptions of Extraction Templates.

Import document by email transfer

Use the transfer address to import any document into the app. To find the email address, go to Settings and then select Integration Email.

Each email attachment will be treated as a separate file. However, if a single PDF contains multiple documents, it will still be processed as one unified document.

The documents will be automatically organized using the auto-classification features.

Import documents with the API

You can use Koncile public API to upload documents.

Supported formats are PDF, PDF/A, JPG and PNG.
