Extract data with pre-built templates
You just need to extract information from invoices, purchase orders, or bank statements. No need to reinvent the wheel. Just pick up our library of extraction templates. Our full list of extraction templates is available here.
Customize and Edit Extracted Fields
Looking to capture specific data points from your documents? Koncile allows you to add and customize as many data fields as you need, directly within its intuitive interface.
Capture complex tables and line items
Koncile is designed to handle even the most complex document structures. Extract detailed line items or table data from PDFs with ease. The app supports capturing all relevant information for each line using the Repeated Field feature.
Automatically classify documents
Organize your files by creating multiple extraction templates and use cases (i.e., folders containing related templates). Koncile uses your provided descriptions to auto-classify documents.
Reformat and enrich your data
Koncile goes beyond data extraction. Perform logical operations, calculations, or even derive specific answers based on the data. For instance :
Calculate the deadline based on 3 months before the end date.
Use extracted data in Excel format
Export your extracted data into Excel files. Select the desired documents, click Download, and retrieve your XLSX file from the Download tab. Each extraction template generates two tabs:
The General tab will include all general fields. The two first columns include the name of the document and a Koncile ID.
